Karmik Connect privacy
Cookie Policy
Karmik Connect uses cookies and similar browser storage. Strictly necessary storage supports authentication, security, load balancing, account deletion and remembering privacy choices. It cannot be disabled while using those features. We display the privacy-choice mechanism globally rather than relying on potentially inaccurate country or IP-location detection.
Optional categories
- Product analytics: optional measurement of feature usage and performance.
- Marketing: optional campaign measurement and promotional personalisation.
Optional categories are disabled until you make an affirmative choice. Rejecting them does not prevent use of Karmik Connect. Reopen Privacy settings from the footer to withdraw a choice at any time. This approach also applies where the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) require consent for cookies or similar storage. Optional analytics is not treated as strictly necessary.
This global mechanism is designed to support applicable requirements under India's DPDP framework, the UK GDPR and PECR, the EU GDPR and applicable European ePrivacy rules, and relevant U.S. state privacy laws. Each framework applies according to its own territorial scope, definitions, and thresholds.
Global Privacy Control and U.S. opt-outs
We recognise supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. When GPC is active, optional analytics, marketing, targeted advertising, sale, and sharing are disabled and the browser signal overrides a previously stored preference. You may also use the persistent "Do not sell or share my personal information" control in Privacy Centre. We do not sell personal information for money. If a future advertising or analytics arrangement is legally treated as a sale or sharing, the same opt-out controls will apply before that processing occurs.
Choice retention
We remember a browser choice for up to twelve months and request a fresh choice when this notice materially changes. Clearing browser storage may cause the choice banner to reappear. You can change or withdraw a choice at any time.
